Pet Portrait Process:

Share Your Vision and Photos
Choose your portrait size and number of subjects, then complete the form below. We’ll discuss your vision, and you can send as many reference photos as you like—the more, the better.

Deposit
A non-refundable 25% deposit secures your spot. I’ll send mockups for your approval before starting, followed by 1–2 progress updates.

Approve and Pay
When your portrait is complete, I’ll send a preview for approval. The remaining 75% balance, plus any shipping costs, is then due.

Shipping and Framing
Your portrait will be packaged flat, securely protected, and mailed. Pastel artwork requires a double-matted glass frame for protection and longevity. You can use a professional framer or follow the linked framing guide.
